A material from the engineered graphite with Kevlar® family. The unique composition from engineered graphite with Kevlar is our proven concept for excellent adaptability as well as temperature- and media resistance.The choice of a special SBR latex makes the material especially suitable for the light weight construction method, which is used more and more in engine and gearbox construction. With its controlled swell in oils, novatec HPS guarantees a tightness, even between the flanged connections. Due to a density of 1.47 g/cm³, novatec HPS reaches an outstanding leakage performance for a beater material.
When being processed, the high graphite content guarantees an increased lifetime of the tools in use.
